toxic AND doomed yuri??!! The retro aesthetic + sound design is so cute and clair is serving pathetic loser lesbian realness... she is me fr

This is so so so fucking cute!  Well, as cute as a game about suicide can be. I loved the style, the art, the music, pretty much everything around it.

I can't help but wonder what a longer story in this kind of format would be like- it's a strange way to experience queer art. Like I'm being pulled back to a version of the past that was as accepting of gay expression as we are now. I can imagine little me under the blanket playing this one and.... well probably being traumatized considering the content. But that to say I really enjoy what you're doing here!

Hope to see more art from you around. Your style feels super unique and that is so beautiful.

Thank you for sharing this with us! <3

Greetings. I hope you're having a good evening.

Somehow what impressed me most about this short lil thing is how it managed to both authentically discuss the subject of suicide while also choosing to not take itself entirely seriously.

On the serious side of things, I think the symbolism with "bottling up my feelings" being layered over a cracking bottle of liquor (i suppose it could have been soda but that didn't really feel like the vibe) almost took my breath away. Very evocative without really saying anything. I think this story plays so well by showing us things that add context to what the text is doing without TALKING about it directly. There were two bottles of medication on that sink. There's a lot that says without you really needing to say anything else. This person is clearly suffering, and i sympathized with them a lot.

On the funnies. I thought they were all tasteful and very lovely. The pacing was just excellent. Every sad moment felt like it had its space before the sillies jumped back in.

Such a fun story that had me gripped from start to finish. Excellent work :))))))

PS. I like the funky text on this page rlly cool :)

Hello! I would like to play the game but I havnt been able to due to an accessibility concern I have. On the itch page for the game all of the text has a specific font that makes it extremely hard for some people to read. This makes the game almost completely inaccessible, from the screenshots it seems the text in game is fine. If you wish to keep it I would recommend at least putting the content warnings in a readable font for everyone. :3

This was really cute!

really like the art style and retro vibes a lot :)

really well done, using the medium to it's full advantage. love all of the spritework. what especially stood out to me was the sound design. all of the music is really fun and the sounds the characters make while talking are full of character. excellent work, and very impressive that it was made for gameboy.
